Rocky Mountain AVX 2021

Health and Safety Protocols

November 3-4, 2021

When we committed to produce this year’s Rocky Mountain Audio Video Expo, almost everyone was confident that with the introduction of a highly effective vaccine, we would be able to have an event with very limited health concerns. With the spread of the Delta variant and concerns about the safety of in-person events we have adjusted our protocol to meet the safety needs for both exhibitors and attendees.

Here Are The Safety Protocols That Will Be In Place In Our Function Space When You Attend Or Exhibit

All participants will be expected to be able to show proof of complete vaccination for COVID 19 (less booster shots which are not yet fully available to everyone), unless they have a valid medical exemption or a firmly held religious belief.
Persons not vaccinated due to valid medical exemptions will be asked to provide proof of a negative test within 3 days of the event.
Persons not vaccinated due to religious beliefs will be asked to provide proof of a negative test within 3 days of the event.
All participants will be expected to wear masks while participating in the event.

Crowne Plaza Denver Airport

Based on today’s heightened safety and hygiene awareness, Crowne Plaza Denver Airport has enhanced their already elevated standards of cleaning protocols. All of their staff will wear masks when in our function space. For additional information on the hotel’s protocols, please click here.
