At the University of Denver, Information Technology (IT) is a unified IT organization that supports the strategic direction, vision, values, mission, and goals of the University by providing IT infrastructure, systems, administrative applications, academic resources, classroom technology, and customer services to faculty, students and staff. Over the past year, the University has embraced the changes within higher education with resilience and agility focusing on an assortment of teaching and learning modalities complimented by technology. The IT division has provided customer focused support to accommodate the entire University community through a combination technology, staff, support and a customer centric department that collaborates with campus partners to manage and maintain the infrastructures needed for the multi-dimensional ways we will need to adjust.
